The Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) of Deva Matha College, Kuravilangad is formed to address and resolve grievances and concerns of students enrolled in the college, as well as those seeking admission. The committee provides a formal and fair mechanism to ensure that student complaints are handled promptly, effectively, and without bias.
The committee welcomes concerns related to academic, administrative, financial, or personal matters affecting students’ campus life.
Objectives of SGRC
- To create a responsive and accountable atmosphere in the institution.
- To ensure a fair, impartial, and consistent mechanism for redressal of student complaints.
- To uphold dignity and harmony in campus life by addressing grievances in a time-bound manner.
- To promote transparency and student welfare by preventing recurrence of similar issues.

The term of the Chairperson and Members is two years. The Student Representative serves for one year. A minimum of three members (excluding the invitee) forms the quorum.
Grievance Submission Procedure
- – Students can raise grievances related to academics, evaluation, discipline, discrimination, scholarships, infrastructure, and other concerns.
- – Grievances should be submitted through the Online Grievance Form or directly to the SGRC Chairperson.
